I’m Kendra Heer, an illustrator and graduate student from Emily Carr University of Art + Design. I’ve lived my entire life in Vancouver, BC, surrounded by an array of art, nature and skyscrapers. My art is very much inspired by childhood memories, the whimsical and imaginative. I love anything fantasy: dragons, fairies, witches, and monsters. Whether its exploring the quiet moments— like cooking with family, or exciting scenes of adventures and fantasy.

In 2023 I graduated from Emily Carr University of Art + Design with a BFA in Illustration. My creative interests include children’s book and editorial illustration.
